Wheda's Pop Art Portraits (WPAP's) are all over the Internet.

Search WPAP in Google or at Pinterest and for each famous personality you'll find dozens of them.

Though they vary a lot in quality, I got inspired by some great examples of Kurt Cobain and James Hetfield of Metallica.

The art of creating WPAP's is simplifying the portrait as much as possible without losing the recognizability of the person on the portrait. Leaving out details by making straight lines and planes as large as possible, while knowing where you have to keep it small.

And of course the use of a limited number of very bright colors which is so typical about Pop Art.
